What information do we collect?

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name and the content of your message.

Why do we use it?

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss any follow-up and protect the form against abuse and spam. We do not use your contact details for marketing unless you choose to receive it.

Our legal basis

We process information so we can respond at your request and, where relevant, take steps before a possible business engagement. We also rely on our legitimate interests when securing the website and handling business enquiries.

Who processes the information?

We use Cloudflare to host the website and process the contact request, and Resend to deliver enquiry emails. They process information only as needed to provide those services.

How long do we keep it?

We keep information only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any relevant follow-up. If a business relationship develops, or the law requires retention, some information may be kept for longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us at hello@maatwise.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
